Welcome to the CCJO website

The Consultative Council of Jewish Organisations is a human rights non-governmental organisation with consultative status at the United Nations. It was founded in 1946 by the Nobel Prize Laureate René Cassin. Its constituent organisations are the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Alliance israelite universelle.

The CCJO's activities have included holding lectures and conferences, and sponsoring books on human rights.

Other organisations connected with CCJO are the Clemens Nathan Research Centre and CCJO-René Cassin
